For more than eight years, Josh Greene has worked to establish the “Direct” brand name. Mr. Greene has worked diligently to be a preeminent in the field of real estate, mortgage brokering and now title insurance. Beginning as a Mortgage Broker and dabbling in small real estate investments in early 2000, Mr. Greene knew very early on that the real estate industry was the place for him. After working in the industry for a short time he began dreaming of owning his own Mortgage Company and thus came Mortgage Direct, LLC. Since then Mr. Greene has helped thousands build better futures for themselves through the process of buying and selling their homes. From developing Mortgage Direct, LLC the inspiration came to broaden the “Direct” brand into Real Estate investments and eventually Direct Realty Investments, LLC was formed. Direct Realty has been a part of numerous real estate investments in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, including successful ventures that create mutually beneficial partnerships with other small business owners.

Mr. Greene’s latest endeavor was launching Direct Title, Inc. in 2006. From the very beginning, the “Direct” Brand has always been based on the spirit of cordiality, current knowledge of the law, and excellence in customer service which continues to underlie all of the company's success. Direct Title, Inc. is also a family-oriented establishment with multiple officers helping to lead the company. Gabriele Greene is the Vice President and has been conducting closings for many years throughout the D.C. metropolitan area. She is trilingual in German, Spanish and English. JaNee’ Contee, our Lead Processor, has over 7 years of experience in the title industry. We pride ourselves in our attention to detail and will go to great lengths to complete all of our transactions in a timely and pleasant manor. We have the capability to handle same-day settlements in any state we are licensed in. Direct Title, Inc. is unique because we have staff available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to answer questions. As we always say to our customers, “If you need anything we are always available”.

Direct Title is currently licensed in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Our staff is licensed and trained in both commercial and residential transactions.
